ABOUT LAURA LIU

Laura Liu is a multi-disciplined executive and board director with a long track record of leading organizations through complicated, large scale change. She has succeeded by clearly laying out strategic goals and creating a collaborative work environment based on trust, transparency, and proactive communication. She is particularly skilled at sorting through complex problems and personalities and inspiring teams to develop high-impact strategies. She has excelled in both the private and non-profit sectors, with executive roles and P&L accountability at organizations ranging from a multibillion dollar corporation to a rapidly growing national non-profit. Laura currently works as a business consultant and board director. In her consulting role, she partners with organization leaders to drive improvements to performance and productivity. As a board director, Laura advises a privately-held $25 million digital marketing company and a $900 million non-profit safety net hospital.
