Chair of two executive peer groups at Vistage Colombia, working with senior leaders and key managers across industries. Facilitate strategic conversations, mentor executives, and create high-trust spaces for leadership growth and decision-making.I lead two confidential executive peer groups as part of Vistage Colombia: an Inside group composed of senior leadership teams, and a Key Managers group focused on developing emerging executives. My role blends strategic facilitation, executive mentoring, and peer advisory, creating environments where leaders can reflect, challenge each other, and strengthen their impact.Each month, I design and facilitate group sessions that address real and pressing business challenges. In addition, I provide one-on-one coaching to support leaders in clarifying priorities, navigating complexity, and making better decisions. I bring over 20 years of experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, and leadership advisory, which allows me to challenge thinking, offer perspective, and keep conversations anchored in both strategy and execution.This role allows me to work closely with leaders during transitions, tensions, and transformations—helping them find clarity and alignment when it matters most.
