Hold full accountability for assigned portfolio of residents and manage daily operations. Maintain retention by negotiating fair rates for both resident and ownership. Daily communicate with residents regarding maintenance, repairs, rent collection, renewals, and escalations. As liaison among lease administration, pricing, and maintenance teams resolve issues and provide information to tenants. Coordinate appropriate repairs within client homes with maintenance department. Track and report on information using Yardi, CRM, Power BI, JIRA, In Contact, and MS Office. Process move-out documentation. Serve as local representative for eviction hearings or breaches of lease and ensure all properties meet homeowners association compliance. Key Achievements:• Manage portfolio of approximately 700 residents in developments across area.• Maintain excellent resident retention and satisfaction. • Deliver timely and professional responses to resident inquires and resolve issues in initial stages to avoid escalations.
