I analyze, plan and execute commercial actions to increase sales and archive the company\'s global goals in a daily, weekly, and seasonal manner positioning my store into the rankings of the world- I prepare and implement visual merchandising, set up collections displays and layouts, stock and back stock for new arrivals and best sellers, place product orders and discontinue low-performance SKUs- Analyze global sales rankings to promote the top 200 best sellers, high-stock merchandise, and trendy items to increase profits and efficiently rotate the products- Share plans with market managers to improve product selection, display, layouts, and customer experience- Support managers by leading the sales team and providing training and guidance- Cooperate with the operations team for the correct shipment reception, returns, and replenishment- Research lifestyles, demographics, and fashion trends to provide product feedback- Run workshops, lead team meetings, present new product collections to the sales team and participate in market pilots.
