ABOUT LAURA S. REDDICK

Laura Reddick is a dynamic leader, educator, motivational speaker, and professional who has over 30 years of admissions, recruitment and enrollment management experience, along with an extensive background working with adult and veteran students in higher education. In October 2010, Laura, under the direct supervision of the Vice Provost of University College and Executive Director of Temple University Ambler and Center Campuses was tasked to create a blueprint to develop a veteran center at the university. Laura managed the day-to-day operations of the Veteran Affairs Department including the development and oversight of all major programs. Along with the university veterans task force, Laura\'s lead responsibility was to develop programs and streamline services to enhance the university services for veterans, service members, dependents and survivors. Since the creation of the Veteran Affairs Office, now known as the Military and Veteran Services Center, and the university participation in the Yellow Ribbon Program, enrollment more than doubled for military and veteran students. Laura\'s comprehensive veterans\' programs helped Temple to gain national attention as a top \"military friendly\" institution and best college for veterans.
