Starting a new chapter in my career, about 5 years earlier than I originally planned. I always told myself I\'d retire from Corporate America at 50 and my layoff in November 2023 just accelerated things a bit.I love mentoring, coaching, and advising quota carrying reps to achieve more than they ever thought was possible.Ripple Effect Sales Advisory\'s mission believes that we each have the ability to leave a lasting impact on whoever we interact with each and every day. The ripple effect of those interactions can be felt for years to come and sometimes exist without us even knowing.My success in sales over 25 years has everything do with this ripple effect phenomenon. At each phase of my journey via Sales Operations, Franchise Ownership, Account Executive and Regional VP Sales I strove to have memorable interactions that left others motivated to learn more and believe in what\'s possible. Not a \"What if\", but an \"Imagine if\" mindset.
