I lead people the way I’d want to be led, seen, supported, and challenged to grow more than they thought they were capable of.For the past 20+ years, I’ve coached and developed customer-facing teams across remote, hybrid, and in-office environments. The work I’m most proud of doesn’t live on a dashboard. It’s the team member who stopped doubting themselves mid-call. The person who came in just collecting a paycheck and left taking ownership of their performance. The team that stopped thinking “me” and started moving like “we.”My approach is simple. Create the right environment and the numbers take care of themselves. I build coaching cultures rooted in behavior, accountability, and clarity, where people feel safe enough to show up as themselves and honest enough to grow. That environment consistently drives stronger performance, customer engagement, and sustained year-over-year results.I partner across teams to improve how work gets done, from lead flow and conversion to how teams show up in customer interactions, connecting people, performance, and business outcomes.I’m drawn to organizations that are intentional about culture, invest in their people as much as their performance, and value thoughtful leadership.
