Build, optimize, and manage a high-quality, cost-effective regional network of external specialists through a tiered Coordinated Provider List (CPL), ensuring alignment with access, quality, and financial performance goals.• Serve as the primary regional liaison to community specialists, maintaining strong provider relationships and conducting regular (at least monthly) performance and feedback meetings with high-volume specialists to review referral trends, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.• Educate and engage Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) on preferred network utilization, guiding referrals to clinically appropriate, cost-effective specialists to enhance patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary medical spend.• Analyze medical cost drivers across Medicare Parts A, B, and D, leveraging data insights to support network decisions, improve care coordination, and drive value-based outcomes.• Utilize advanced analytics tools including Power BI, Qlik Sense, and proprietary systems to evaluate provider performance, monitor utilization trends, and deliver actionable reporting to Senior leadership. • Improve referral efficiency and care quality by educating Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) on preferred specialist utilization, driving increased referrals to high-performing, cost-effective specialists and reducing out-of-network leakage.• Leverage data analytics using Power BI, Qlik Sense, and proprietary tools to evaluate provider performance, utilization trends, and cost drivers; delivered actionable insights and reports to Center leadership, Specialty leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COE) teams to support strategic network decisions.• Reduce medical cost variability by analyzing utilization patterns and collaborating with network directors to identify underperforming or high-cost providers, leading to targeted interventions and improved network performance.
