I am leading the IT division, consisting of IT development and IT operations. As the IT division lead I have developed and continue to enhance the company IT strategy. I also have the unusual role as a combined product owner and scrum master in the dev-team. The main task of the dev team is to develop and enhance a tailor made business system, based on.NET core and Vue. Since 2019 we have launched applications and functionality with critical business value such as a new customer platform with built-in options shop, a digital purchase wizard for appartment customers, a construction site business system and several integrations to legacy systems. In addition I am continously focusing on digitalizing the business processes in an industry where digitalization is key to improve and grow. I have the role as the internal PMO, where I contribute to identify business opportunities and growth areas by collarborating with stakeholders and translating business needs to functional requirements. I have lead several successfull projects such as customer service platform project (Puzzel), a new ERP system (MS 365 Business Central), a new salary system (Sumango) and several smaller system implementations and process improvement projects.
