ABOUT LASSE JANNSEN
My passion for business and economics aroused during my upper-school phase where I enjoyed the respective major. I developed and specified my knowledge during bachelor / master studies, exchange semester as well as during different long-tern intern ships / part time job in 5 different companies represented in 5 different industries in Germany and Denmark before starting into my first full-time position.Enlargement of my professional skills and knowledge has not been the only outcome. In addition, I even more appreciated to learn about different working approaches and I developed myself for adapting to change. Furthermore, I got truly inspired by solving tasks together with people from all over the world. My experiences showed once more that effectively combined diversity, competence and knowledge sharing will always increase the joint performance. Especially during my sport activities of playing high-level handball, football and acting as a youth football coach I learned that trust, appreciation and feedback are crucial components to make a team work and to aim for the maximum level of performance. Over the years, I developed a strong personality to actively influence and support team dynamics for ensuring best circumstances for sustained success. Overall, I perceive a huge motivation to optimize, reinvent and aim for success together with great colleagues / team members at work, sport and honorary post.
