ABOUT LARS ROOST
I\'m a agile software development native that has been fortunate to lead both small, swiftly adapting teams as well as large enterprise programs with 100+ participants. You will find me most energized when working to create structures that enables change and when engaging with colleagues and team members on learning opportunities. Through years of observing myself at work and listening to feedback from others what stands out is- I’m good with numbers, but I enjoy working with people more- I can dive deep, but perform better when creating the right environment for others- I can organize a party, but I hate confetti and dressing up.
