The progressive, leadership positions I’ve held across industries have provided me with a deep understanding how businesses are run and have validated my ability to influence change. From my experience at Chubb, helping people in dead-end jobs advance their careers, to coaching small business executives (as an owner myself) on how to be better, critical-thinking leaders, my fulfillment comes from knowing I’m doing the right thing for others. At The Ayers Group - with the strength and resources of a global organization behind us in Kelly Services and Career Partners International (CPI)- I guide a team who builds better leaders, while contributing to the long-term vision of helping our clients achieve organizational transformation and a competitive edge in the marketplace. While executive coaching and outplacement services is often seen as being commodities, our team’s depth of experience allows us to proactively bring a high-touch, high-quality process to our delivery (achieving a +78 NPS rating for Outplacement) and to HR and talent leaders with whom we’ve developed the strongest of relationships.
