   AAF FLANDERS, ARDMORE, OK (2017 – Present) Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, I manage all aspects of the daily operation of AAF Flanders second-largest facility in North America. AAF Flanders is the global leader in the clean air industry and the world\'s largest manufacturer of commercial, industrial and retail air filtration solutions. The site encompasses Sq. ft. of manufacturing footprint with annual sales of approximately $49 million dollars. I am directly responsible for 10 direct and 295 indirect reports operating a two-shift production schedule. During my tenure I have achieved the following- Reduced OSHA Recordable Incidents by 92.3% FY2017 to FY2021 - OTAP (On Time as Promised) performance has improved by 52.5%- Developed 3-Way Dock Audit Process resulting in a 68% reduction in customer quality concerns - Direct Labor O.T. was reduced by 68% resulting in a year over year savings of $1.2M - Reduced year over year operating expenses by $2.5M vs. a target of $1.1M - Material Usage Variance improved by $746K - Past Due Back Log was reduced by 74.42% vs. prior year - Developed and implemented a raw material KANBAN system which resulted in a 50% reduction in required material handling personnel
