Performing site inspections.• Employment of various valuation methodologies and development of financial models (ARGUS / Excel based) to value real estate and tangible assets.• Preparation and review of valuation reports, exhibits, letters, and other client deliverables.• Application of strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as strong team building, interpersonal and communication skills.• Working on multiple assignments independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
