ABOUT LANETTE DAVIES
Lanette Davies is on the board of directors of Canna Care Inc. in Sacramento which is one of Sacramento’s most respected dispensing collectives. Canna Care is the first collective to openly advertise on mainstream TV (fox 40) in 2009 in which gave a face to cannabis patients while giving testimony on the benefits of cannabis use. She was instrumental in the formation of local regulations and has been working on State wide regulations with several different state agencies and legislators. Crusaders for patients Rights is a Christian based patient’s right organization for cannabis patients created by Lanette Davies. CPR is currently leading the litigation against San Bernardino County for placing restrictions on cannabis patient’s rights to cultivate and have safe affordable access in their own communities. CPR is also in the process of challenging several agencies on their “policies” to discriminate against patient’s rights including a parent’s right to use cannabis without fear of losing custody rights. CPR has both Northern and Southern California offices. Specialties: Lanette Davies-CPR has a staffed team that works on creating needed protections and regulations regarding all aspects of the industry and patients. She testifies at both the Assembly and Senate hearings on a regular basis at the State Capitol and has been instrumental in creating an open dialog with Senators and Assembly members to help create protections and regulations that both protect the patient and public from abuse.
