I\'m Lane. Thank you for viewing my profile! I bring extensive experience managing products, and applying techniques gained as a PMP to steer the delivery of innovative projects on time, to scope and within budget. At all times, I assure good governance in the management of operational activity, and am pleased to be able to offer further in-depth knowledge of strategic goal-setting, policy development and strengthening organisational efficiency. I am stimulated by – and in fact thrive on – the challenges of working in new and ambiguous environments. My strongest experience and skills, however, are in stakeholder engagement and management. Exemplary interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence underpin my ability to build trust-based relationships across boundaries, create cohesion, and reconcile differing perspectives. Related to this, I believe strongly in the ability to create accessible, valuable products and processes by listening to our users.
