About Lance Darragh

Following my passion for music production technology (and all the things we can do with electronics and computers), I got into digital signal processing. I\'ve made all kinds of audio processors like equalizers, compressors/limiters, expanders/gates, a flanger, dereverb, a phase vocoder, and others too. This provided me with a segue into machine learning because digital signal processing includes regression, trend extraction, time-series models, and the gradient descent algorithm too. Then, from machine learning, I got into data science. I\'ve created a new type of correlation coefficient for machine learning applications (which does not happen often). Now, I\'m implementing predictive models and AI, including those in IBM Watson, into Salesforce on the CRM Analytics and Einstein AI platforms.

   Feb 2024 — Present

   Combined CRM Analytics and Salesforce Platform Developer skills by analyzing CRM Analytics (CRMA) metadata via Apex to govern the instance and used it to develop an app that assisted with seamlessly migrating data sources used in CRMA.Enforced the bank’s security standards by administrating system permissions, object and field visibility, and record visibility via app-level security and row-level security (sharing inheritance and security predicates). Implemented best practices to govern the use of system resources (data sync, recipes, dataflows, etc.), and advised of best practices to minimize development effort and maximize benefit of each CRMA project.Oversaw the development of CRM Analytics dashboards, gathering business requirements, implementing technical requirements, and doing quality assurance, user-acceptance testing, training, and rollout support.Provided support and training to their developers.
