I oversee key accounts, monitor customer health metrics, and ensure timely issue resolution through consistent follow-ups and relationship management. I lead clients through onboarding and transitions from legacy POS systems to Zenoti, ensuring minimal disruption and a smooth implementation experience. I also conduct regular consultations to address client concerns, recommend best practices, and support platform adoption and optimization. My role includes providing technical assistance via phone, email, and remote tools, along with configuring and maintaining hardware such as printers, payment terminals, and cash drawers.Additionally, I document customer interactions, analyze recurring issues, and test solutions using CRM and case management tools, contributing to continuous improvement in support workflows. I offer 24x5 rotational support coverage to manage escalations and provide prompt assistance. I also design and deliver training sessions for both clients and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and usage efficiency. My responsibilities extend to supporting onboarding and migration activities by performing pre-sales data analysis, validating master data, and collaborating with the Database Team for accurate data migration. I generate insightful reports to track data integrity, payment trends, and operational performance. By sharing client feedback with internal teams, I help shape product enhancements and improve the overall customer experience.
