ABOUT LAJUAN WILKS COUNTS
A construction project manager with extensive building experience in various phases of the construction industry from Residential, Commerical, Industrial and including Governmental. While I not only possess a wealth of knowledge for the managment of construction projects but also for building technology and industry changes as well. I specialize in the selection and coordination of major building systems into projects both new and existing.Specialties: Throughout my career I have always consistently completed projects as scheduled and under budget. It was because of my success rate that I became the \"Go-To\" person for problem projects. Projects that were not getting completed or had spiraled out of control were brought to me for completion. To date, I have managed to maintain my consistent rate of completion, even with the problem projects.
