Our work prioritizes whole-person health—addressing the medical, behavioral, and social drivers that impact well-being—with a deep commitment to healthcare access and community partnership.Rooted in Elevance Health’s purpose of improving the health of humanity, I collaborate with community-based organizations, healthcare providers, and state regulators to advance care quality, expand access, and drive sustainable improvements in health outcomes across vulnerable populations.In addition to this community-driven mission, I am accountable for the full Medicaid P&L, strategic growth, and performance of the plan. I lead a multidisciplinary team and drive initiatives across Medicaid Managed Care (MMC), Health and Recovery Plan (HARP), Child Health Plus (CHP), and the Essential Plan (EP). with our Alliance partner Highmark BlueCross BlueShield of WNY, we combine national scale with local insight to deliver results that matter.
