elearn.id is an online learning platform part of XL Future Leaders Program (XLFL), Indonesian corporate social responsibility (CSR) program designed to develop leaders that are socially informed, creative and confident by providing high quality learning resources for young people across Indonesia. As the program Facilitator, I responsible for:1. Develop online courses material based on XL Future Leaders curriculum in three core leadership competencies: effective communication, change management, and innovation & entrepreneurship. Conduct soft-skills workshop for elearn.id students throughout Indonesia.3. Supervise third-party (vendor) and do quality control over project task.4. Manage & initiate strategic collaboration program between elearn.id and partners.5. Empower program administration including yearly plan evaluation and reporting.Side responsibility:Part of recruitment team for XL Future Leaders scholarship program who responsible for- assess & conduct the whole selection process (GMAT, English, LGD, Presentation & BEI)- talent development & mappingAchievement:1. Successfully develop 31 new courses.2. Develop Beyond M.E Program, an intensive online workshop (6 weeks) that provides meaningful learning opportunities for young Indonesian in rural areas to sharp their soft-skills.3. Successfully initiate strategic partnership program between elearn.id and several universities in Indonesia
