ABOUT LÍCIA CRISTINA PLEPIS MILOSAVLJEVIC

I am known as an enthusiastic English teacher, passionate about multicultural environments and new experiences! I fell into teaching in June/2015, when I came back to my hometown after an exchange program in the United States, and I have been enjoying the journey since then. I worked for a local languages school back in 2015, where I had the chance to share my English knowledge with children and teenagers, and also get involved with the administrative part of teaching (class preparation, grades report and parents’ meetings). After I became a mother, I decided to work as a freelancer English teacher and by the time I moved to Sweden, I had been attending many students of different age groups. Currently, I am still teaching a few of them remotely as they are all from Brazil. I have always loved travelling and that is where my enjoyment regarding multicultural environments comes from. I lived 1 year in the United States (2014 – 2015) when I participated in an Au Pair exchange program, taking care of two boys aged 2 and 5, experiencing the American culture and studying English. In addition to that, I worked during 6 months on board a cruise ship, which was an amazing experience! As I do not hold a degree in Languages (I am actually graduated in Business Administration), I decided to go for the CELTA training and get my international teaching certificate, which I successfully achieved last year! In case you would like to contact me, feel free to do that via LinkedIn chat or by email: l••••••••@gmail.com.
