Develop and implement the City\'s annual $4-$6 million Pimlico Local Impact Aid spending plan, to facilitate community development projects in Park Heights.Provide technical assistance to prospective grantees, develop grant applications and review system leading to 2x more grant applications from Fiscal Year 2025 to 2026. Support Pimlico Community Development Authority through organizing quarterly meetings aligned with open meeting act, as well as, the review process of prospective projects to be funded through Local Impact Aid. Execute the Northwest Neighborhood Grants Program, which provides funding support to emerging organizations, and small but mighty projects with high impact. Supports 15 organizations and 17 projects in Northwest Baltimore.

As a Baltimore based community focused professional, I am passionate about asset-based work in our communities. Through working for the Department of Planning with the City of Baltimore, I take a hands-on approach supporting organizations across the City who execute both capital and programmatic work in Northwest Baltimore.
