Provide management and oversight of all Signal Wealth trading services- Manage custodial relationships and act as a liaison between Signal team members and trading vendors / service providers- Obsess over operational efficiency and quality of service - defining where Signal processes have room for improvement, and collaborating with peers to implement process improvement- Regularly assess Signal’s trading risks and actively deploy updates to process in order to mitigate risks- Define, track, and report on trading KPIs- Serve as a hands on Trader when needed; provide escalation support when required- Manage a team of Traders, ensuring their continued growth and professional development. Host regular one on ones, pairing sessions, and hands on collaborative work sessions- Work with Product & Engineering stakeholders to implement new tooling and product features for Signal’s trading offering- Regularly meet with Advisors to ensure their trading needs are being met, and to uncover new ways we can exceed expectations.
