Project Executive overseeing construction of the New Century Plaza Towers in Century City (two 45-story structural concrete buildings) and the 830 Eddy apartment project in San Francisco.Recent San Francisco projects include the Four Seasons Residences at 706 Mission (45-story high-end condominium and historical renovation), The Avery at Block 8 (condominium/apartment towers), and the 350 Mission project (30-story LEED Platinum structural concrete commercial office building, encompassing square feet, featuring an interactive 50-foot tall lobby with a 34-foot-tall media wall).Previously managed preconstruction and construction of the Transbay Transit Center project in San Francisco for 5 years. This project is the Grand Central Station of the West, in the heart of the new downtown of San Francisco.Prior to the Transbay Transit Center, I managed preconstruction and construction of the Millennium Tower project at 301 Mission Street, San Francisco. At 645 feet in height, Millennium Tower is the tallest structural concrete building in San Francisco. The 1.2 million-square-foot, luxury high-rise residential complex consists of two towers, 60-stories and 11-stories, and includes a Club Level with square feet of high-end amenities, and 5 levels of subterranean parking.Responsible for budget development, client interaction, preconstruction services, and day-to-day management of new high-rise residential, commercial, and public construction in the San Francisco Bay Area. Project experience ranges from $35 million to $1 billion in value, and to 1.4 million square feet in size. Project types include commercial office, residential, retail, and parking garages. Experienced in structural steel and reinforced concrete construction, as well as deep, complex foundation systems.
