Managing and updating project records, documentation and communication records for entire duration of the project for easy access and information retrieval.Managing communication with customers and act as the primary point of contact to ensure achievement of the Project milestones and ensuring customer satisfaction with the project progress and quality while maintaining project budget and delivery schedule limits.Using tools like Primavera and MS Projects to create project plans, determines critical path, identifies risks, threats, and impacts to plans and working with relevant team members to mitigate risks, recover schedule and adjust project plan as and when required.Maintaining Project progress records and summary reports for management and clients and communicate the progress and issues in timely manner to ensure the project goals and targets are in line as per the original schedules and issue are recorded and resolved in timely manner.Managing and promoting process improvements to ensure the project teams are well trained and motivated to achieve the short term and long term project deadlines and milestones while adhering to the contractual terms and conditions.Ensuring to implement quality management system to ensure the standards are followed in Project executions as per the contractual requirements and specifications.Strong work ethics and the ability to set and achieve goals while managing the challenges.Builds constructive and effective relationships with team and client for smooth execution and delivery of the Project
