The project replaced a legacy system and integrated Student Management System, Learning Management System, Assessments, and Warehouse Operations—an EPR solution.• Reengineering a data capturing process to improve accuracy of performance data, KPI monitoring and cost allocation.• Report migration (from Business Objects to Oracle Discoverer) to support during the data warehouse implementation.• Develop a skill-inventory database to quantify employees’ silks to support an organizational restructure. • ICT asset inventory audit in support of Windows 10 implementation project. Recommend improvements to track IT inventory module with suggestions to improve the asset management processors and practices.
