ABOUT KRISTOFFER KRISTENSEN

Co-founder and technologist at Velo Labs, where we leverage deep expertise in AI, data engineering, and full-stack development to deliver high-impact solutions that accelerate business growth. “Velo” stands for velocity and speaks to our commitment to speed with purpose, and “Labs” highlights our experimental, prototype-driven approach—continuously iterating until we hit the optimal outcome.Prior to founding Velo Labs I worked in Telia Norway\'s Data Analytics department where my main focus was on utilizing data to optimize digital marketing and enhance the customer experience. Working with platforms such as BlueConic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, and Dataiku, I have set up, integrated, and contributed to training our marketing staff to utilize these tools to their full potential. In addition, I have done data engineering work to ensure that our data is ready for use on these platforms, I have also contributed on a custom full stack application that marketers use to build customer segments in one place and from there it automagically gets distributed to all other customer communication platforms. In this project I had a central role in all parts, from conceptually developing the idea to writing the actual code and onboarding the end users. Currently, I’m working in the Next Best Offer project in Telia. The overall goal is to use data to predict and select the next best action for each customer, delivered in the right channel at the right time.Prior to joining Telia, I worked as a developer/consultant at Academic Work, where I gained valuable experience working with a variety of projects. I also earned my Master of Scoence in Business from the Norwegian Business School in Oslo, where I majored in Leadership and Change with a strong focus on innovation management. Alongside my studies, I worked as a settlement officer at ABG and as a producer assistant at Z Event. With a deep passion for innovation and digital technology, I also enrolled in the highly regarded accelerated learning program at Academic Works, where I gained expertise in JavaScript and technologies such as Node.js, HTML5, CSS, Git, Redux, React, PostgreSQL, Firebase, and UX.
