ABOUT KRISTINE BULL

I have primarily spent my housing career in Student Housing. I started as a public housing intern assisting residents that were transitioning into conventional housing. After completing my degree, I became a caseworker and leasing consultant for Section 8 housing. I then made my transition into student housing with Peak Campus Management as the Assistant Manager for a new development in Madison, Wi. While working in Wisconsin, I found my true passion for operations. During my time with Peak Campus, I was able to learn and grow through a variety of property styles, markets, and challenges. I grew from an Assistant Manager to a Property Manager. Through my growth, I was able to assist with transitioning new properties into the portfolio, serve as a mentor to new managers, and develop properties in multiple struggling markets. In 2018, I transitioned to the Operations Specialist role with GMH Living. During my time at GMH, I have had the opportunity to develop Standard Operating Procedures, training, and reporting structures. I have since moved into an Operations Support Manager role. In this role, I have had the opportunity to oversee and develop the Specialist team. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to develop and oversee the transition of new properties into the portfolio. At this time, I am looking to expand my experience in operations and transitions roles
