ABOUT KRISTIN STELTER

As an innovative and objective-driven merchandising executive, I drive organizational effectiveness by overseeing the category strategy, forecasting, inventory optimization, and vendor relationship management of a high-volume, multichannel retail business. In addition, I work cross-functionally to create strategic plans that exceed sales and profit goals for various categories through the analysis of competition, customer behavior, and industry trends. Last but not least, I implement data-driven decisions, achieve market share growth, boost customer retention, develop high-performing teams, and establish a culture of fun, teamwork, and success. Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career with Zappos: • Growing, developing, and leading teams to achieve significant success. These teams consist of apparel, footwear, and accessories categories representing 1B in total sales volume for Zappos.com and Zappos FBA channels.• Collaborating outside of the overall scope of my role, rallying teams around a shared vision and positioning them to meet key metrics while fostering a fun and collaborative environment, receiving numerous accolades as a result including Zappos Person of the year in 2023.
