ABOUT KRISTIN FEESE

I’m focused on getting good data into the hands of customers so they can make decisions that improve lives and the health of our planet. I also care deeply about growing a strong business—one that can innovate, scale, and continue to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges. The world is facing some big, complex challenges—from food and water insecurity to climate and energy concerns—and I want to be part of the solution. That’s why I’m passionate about getting reliable, accurate data into the hands of people who need it most. Whether it\'s for agriculture, environmental research, or business decisions, I believe data should empower insights and action—not overwhelm.I’m equally passionate about building and leading a business that enables that mission to grow. I believe good business management—rooted in clarity, accountability, and strategy—is what allows for true innovation and long-term success. It’s how we keep moving forward: scaling great ideas, supporting talented people, and creating space for bold thinking.I care deeply about building strong teams, creating space for people to do their best work, and helping them grow into roles where they shine. I believe in hiring people who are smarter than me, giving them clear direction, and then stepping back so they can make an impact. At LI-COR, I get to help shape solutions that improve lives and protect the planet. And I feel lucky to do work that matters alongside people who care just as much.
