ABOUT KRISTI HOLLIMAN

Kristi Holliman is the Director of Presales at XSP, responsible for providing support throughout the sales cycle. This includes a full range of activities involved in preparing to engage with prospects, clients and others; supporting client visits; collaborating with Sales to design and present custom demonstrations and presentations; and responding to specific client requests through Request for Proposals.Kristi joined XSP in 2001 and prior to her current position, she was Director of Quality Assurance, where she managed a team responsible for overall quality assurance and compliance covering all aspects of the XSP product. As Project Manager, she managed product development lifecycle activities to ensure delivery of the XSP software to stakeholders, clients and users. She also served as liaisonbetween Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance and Technical Documentation teams. In her role as Quality Assurance Analyst at XSP, she was responsible for implementing a methodology for testing new and existing business systems and applications. Before joining XSP, she worked at Nationtax Online, a premier provider of Internetbusiness tax solutions, in various roles including Senior Business Analyst and Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. Prior to this, she was an Educator for Hoover City Schools, serving as a Cooperating Teacher for the University of Alabama at Birmingham Teacher Internship Program for five years. Kristi holds a MA in History and Education from the University of Alabama and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Montevallo.
