Those qualities became the foundation of how I build businesses today.At twenty four, I was personally selected by Donald Trump to compete on NBC’s The Apprentice. That experience sharpened my instincts around negotiation, positioning, and performance in high stakes environments. It reinforced that I was not meant to follow established paths. I was meant to build.I founded Rabun Realty, a boutique firm specializing in the luxury lake markets of Lake Burton, Lake Rabun, and The Waterfall Club at Lake Burton in North Georgia. Over two decades, I built a reputation grounded in discretion, deep market intelligence, and trusted relationships. My work has never been about transactions alone. It has been about advising clients through significant lifestyle and investment decisions with precision and confidentiality.Today, I am the Founder and CEO of Lux Exclusives, a private luxury asset platform designed for high net worth individuals, family offices, and elite real estate professionals. Lux Exclusives integrates artificial intelligence, off market access, and strategic timing to support the acquisition and disposition of tangible assets including real estate, aviation, yachts, art, and jewelry.Traditional marketplaces were not built for those operating at the highest levels of wealth.
