About Kristi Johnson

Kristi Johnson is a Principal at Windham Brannon, where she leads the Family Business Practice, providing tax planning, compliance, and accounting services for closely-held businesses and the families they support. She has extensive experience with complex tax planning for corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts, and foundations. Since joining the Firm in Kristi has been recognized by clients and peers for her engaging personality, positive outlook, and ability to navigate complex issues and provide comprehensive planning solutions. Prior to Windham Brannon, Kristi spent seven years at SunTrust as a Trust Officer. She was responsible for tax planning and preparation for approximately 400 trusts, and she was also involved with investment planning for high net worth individuals. Kristi is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, where she earned her BBA in Accounting. She is an active member of the AICPA and Georgia Society of CPAs. She resides in Kennesaw with her husband, Bill, and children, Emme and Tate.
