I am first and foremost a connector. Aligning the most efficacious and joyful client/employee relationship is my true heart\'s desire. After leaving a ten year career in public accounting for a better work-life balance, I had an idea to start a fully remote recruiting firm specializing in placing tax accountants in part-time remote positions. Conversations with firm owners let me know they desperately needed more staff, but not just accounting and tax. They needed bookkeepers, ops, sales, and admin positions as well. So how could I help? What was frustrating about the hiring process? As it turned out, small firm owners needed an entirely new hiring process: resume screening, reviewing candidate questionnaires and assessments, managing video submissions, and initial interviews of top candidates. Viaggio’s overall process presents firm owners with exceptional talent at a fraction of their time spent on the drudge work.Hiring for remote positions is heartily unique.
