ABOUT KRISTEN SHARP-CORPORATE WELLNESS COACH
Working in corporate America for almost 10 years opened my eyes to the struggle of incorporating health and wellness into peoples daily lives. If we are not prioritizing health and wellness in the place we spend majority of our time then we won\'t prioritize it in the other times. In 2014 I met Kyle Brayer, founder of Epic Fitness, and we had the passion to help those in the workplace with their health and wellness goals. In 2016 I left my job to help Kyle get the corporate wellness division up and running.We launched our on-site Workplace Wellness programs bringing our experienced and certified coaches directly to Arizona\'s top organizations with wellness classes designed to improve productivity, morale, and teamwork while reducing costs.
