Email campaigns, onboard teach-ins, weekly calls, and project follow-ups are methods of correspondence I use to progress meaningful relationships and assure that users are capitalizing on the expansive support our team is qualified to provide. Advanced usage of Salesforce and Salesloft CRM’s enable me to monitor the activity of accounts in detail through metrics reporting and deliverables. Running weekly reports pertaining to client utilization, opportunity pipelines, and forecasting capacity needs aid with a range of duties from identifying the direction of my daily tasks to substantiating the executive decision making of c-level personnel.
