Senior and junior bankers alike are afforded leverage and capacity to shift labor-intensive tasks offshore so they can have time to focus on higher value-added work, strategic initiatives and pursuing more revenue-generative opportunities. All of our work is bespoke and the intellectual property is owned by our clients.As part of the engagement team, I function as the point of contact and key administrator for a portfolio of accounts. I focus on the farming and growth of present client accounts by use of data analytics and event-driven marketing. Email campaigns, onboard teach-ins, weekly calls, and project follow-ups are methods of correspondence I use to progress meaningful relationships and assure that users are capitalizing on the expansive support our team is qualified to provide. Advanced usage of Salesforce and Salesloft CRM’s enable me to monitor the activity of accounts in detail through metrics reporting and deliverables. Running weekly reports pertaining to client utilization, opportunity pipelines, and forecasting capacity needs aid with a range of duties from identifying the direction of my daily tasks to substantiating the executive decision making of c-level personnel.
