Technology investor and serial entrepreneur for more than two decades. I\'m currently building a new AI company- Through First100 Advisory, I invest and serve as a hands-on advisor to a small number of founder/CEOs on late-stage GTM execution - tightening deal strategy, applying commitment engineering, and driving better outcomes on pricing, negotiation, and executive alignment- Most recently, I spent the last 7 years building and scaling Luna, a leading in-home care delivery platform, to a $100M run rate - partnering with 3,500 clinicians and 25 hospital systems to deliver high-quality care in the home at national scale. Today, Luna delivers an in-home visit every 11 seconds- Earlier, at Palantir, I reported to the company’s #2 leader and built the enablement layer that made engineers sales-ready - enabling technical teams to lead discovery, drive process, and execute on key deals across Government and Financial Services. I invented and operationalized \'commitment engineering\' to align around clear next steps and improve late-stage conversion- Previously, I co-founded BetterWorks, a performance management platform backed by Kleiner Perkins (John Doerr) and Emergence Capital (Jason Green), serving hundreds of enterprise customers. I championed a flat, highly collaborative culture and helped build a leadership team where 46% of leaders across the company were women. And before that, I co-founded Badgeville, a gamification and social engagement platform acquired by CallidusCloud (and later SAP).I’ve had the honor to invest in and work with exceptional teams, including Palantir Technologies, Addepar, RelateIQ (acquired by Salesforce), Airbnb (via HotelTonight), Blend Labs, Docker, Gusto, Matternet, Turo, and many others.
