I am the first female partner/owner and manage ECE Touring, the business line I helped launch in the 90s. I manage a team of 2-3 booking agents, responsible for selling an exclusive roster of 13-17 artists nationally.I oversee budgeting and expenditures for the division and am responsible for the division\'s personnel management, project management, fiscal management, sales strategies, marketing strategies, employee performance reviews, employee interviews, the review and approval of yearly and monthly goals, KPIs, and employee expense reports.Collaborate regularly with internal shareholders. Ongoing oversight and management of line of business marketing strategies, marketing materials, and the division website. I act as the Responsible Agent (main company liaison) for half of the division’s exclusive roster and organize company-wide, cross-divisional and department Monthly Leadership Connect Meetings via Teams for approximately 24 leaders.Collaborated on organizing two company-wide retreats in 2022 and 2024 and Leadership Retreat in 2024. Collaborated on the company’s new customized CRM project with the software development company and our IT department. Organized and conducted company-wide training sessions on CRM and market-specific topics, with a focus on offices, business lines, and product spotlights.Collaborated with the company attorney to revise customer-event contract language, contract addenda, and exclusive artist contracts. During Covid, I was the office compliance officer and continue booking my territory and additional territories during Covid furloughs. I successfully rebooted the division post-Covid with year-over-year growth rates of 20% or more.Additional professional and personal volunteer work.
