I am knowledgeable in health education within international communities and the implementation of health administration and health projects. I am experienced in budget design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects, quality assurance, and personnel performance assessment. My background encompasses policy and planning, intervention for infectious diseases, and the implementation of Directly Observed Treatment, Short-course (DOTS). I have a special interest in sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis (TB), and maternal and child healthcare. I am fluent in English, Russian, and Polish. With 30 years of leadership experience in medicine, global health security, public health, and infectious diseases, I am an experienced project manager and team leader. I have over 20 years of experience planning, managing, and implementing international public health projects in the USA, Poland, and developing countries in collaboration with USAID, the World Bank, and other international donors. I am proficient in the rules, regulations, and policies related to international development and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). I have a proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing complex projects with strategic and national/international significance.
