Oversee the execution of key charitable initiatives, employee engagement initiatives, and provides compliance oversight - Oversaw the publishing of the company’s first external report on CSR initiatives using the Global Reporting Initiative’s G4 standards for CSR reports- Act as the site compliance officer ensuring the execution of contractual obligations and negotiating exceptions with the regulator. Analyzes risks through compliance reviews of internal controls, and designs mitigation strategies with management. Liaises with both internal and external auditors
