ABOUT KIRSTY WILLIAMS
Kirsty is a talent and brand executive with 18 years experience of building clients into global brands. From established TV hosts and celebrities to content creators who are beginning their journey. Kirsty recognizes clients’ talent and the stories they need to tell, then develops and executes strategies alongside Insanity’s tenacious team, to build clients into global brands through commercial partnerships, focused PR and attentive day-to-day management. Kirsty joined Insanity in 2005 working alongside Insanity’s Founder and CEO, Andy Varley, to assist with the companies growing roster of DJ’s and Recording Artists. In 2007, the Insanity Artists Agency management roster was streamlined as Insanity Talent Management Ltd. Over the coming years, Insanity grew into a global entertainment company representing clients across the areas of broadcast, digital-first, music and podcasting. After 18 years of trading exclusively in the UK, Kirsty moved to Los Angeles in the Fall of 2015 to spearhead Insanity\'s US office.
