Answer the quires of internal Team like OSS, Mobile, Billing, Network, Operations, and NOC. Update/Write Shell scripts to Monitor Application Health by sending Alarms to OSS Teams. Engage with Offshore Team and Train them if issue is not Resolved. Update the Confluence Page in terms of Knowledge / Lessons learned.
