ABOUT KIMMY ARROWSMITH

After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Higher Education, I worked in both Residence Life on college campuses, managing large scale student development projects, and Gender Violence Education, where I trained and served on a campus sexual assault prevention and response team. I transitioned from traditional higher education into private enterprise in 2008, and then to the non-profit sector in 2020 where I increased my reach and impact on student enrollment and retention and organizational transformation through deployment of student success initiatives, organizational change management plans, and my ability to influence others in building and reinforcing critical beliefs and skills. In 2022, I stepped away from higher education and leapt towards consulting in change management and human centered organization development. I\'m currently contributing my change management, communication and coaching skills to long term projects in the utility industry. I delight in bringing effective communication, humor, and insight to my work. I believe deeply in cultivating human potential and supporting the human capital side of change to drive positive, sustainable business outcomes. What others wrote about me in a 360 performance review- “She is kind, fair-minded, thoughtful, supportive, transparent, organized, effective, and brings her authentic self and sense of humor to the work.” - “Kimmy\'s biggest strength is her ability to instantly connect with others. She exhibits the power of presence and positivity in every interaction.” - “Kimmy is hands down the best manager I have ever worked with in all my years in the workforce.” I am always open to networking and making connections!
