As Executive Director of the American Diabetes Association for the Florida region, I lead a high-impact team dedicated to advancing our mission: to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by the disease. I serve as the strategic leader responsible for revenue generation, mission delivery, board engagement, and community impact across the state.In this role, I drive regional growth through innovative fundraising strategies, donor cultivation, and strong partnerships with corporations, healthcare leaders, and community champions. I oversee the execution of signature fundraising events, major gift campaigns, and high-level sponsorships, while ensuring alignment with ADA’s national priorities.A key focus of my leadership is the recruitment and development of a high-performing Board of Directors and volunteer base. I work closely with the board to create a culture of engagement, accountability, and shared mission ownership.
