ABOUT KIMBERLY CAPOZZOLI SCHABER

I am happy to announce I have accepted the role of Conservatory Business Manager at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre. The Goldner Conservatory at the Roe Green Education Center will open its new space October of 2025. I became involved with the Maltz Jupiter Theatre as a volunteer working with young actors, the production team, costume shop and front of house. I am beyond thrilled to join the Maltz in a more formal capacity and delighted to welcome students to the new Goldner Conservatory.Since 2022 I have served as Trustee to a Private Estate overseeing trust assets; carrying out the purpose of the trust. I am responsible for daily money management, financial investments, real estate, taxes, legal matters, healthcare decisions. After relocating to FL at the end of 2019, I worked for a $2.5 Billion Registered Investment Advisory Firm, serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Active in M&A, the firm closed on a number of deals leading to my promotion to Client Services Coordinator, Advisor Support where I managed the growing needs of the firm\'s high net worth clientele in New England and on Palm Beach Island. Prior to wealth management, I held a successful career as an Advertising Account Executive where my clients included Fortune 50s, I created/sold millions of dollars in national advertisements. During a career pause I held more than a dozen volunteer leadership positions contributing my time to several non profit organizations and my children’s schools. My roles included PTO President, Social Emotional Learning Committee Board Member, Fundraising Chair for the Robert Crown Center for Health, Music Parent Association Board Member, Drama Department Production, Development & Fundraising Chair, Costume Designer, Wardrobe Manager (12 high school and community theatre productions in a 4 year period) and Theatre/Sports Fundraising Photographer. My volunteer work led to a job in my local school district where for 4 years I served in 7 district schools in a variety of capacities.I have been a tremendous asset to the volunteer organizations I have supported. I established and enhanced programs, improved budgets, guided the implementation of new technologies, organized and led large volunteer teams and educated hundreds of young performers.I hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Design, and a Master’s in Business Administration.
