ABOUT KIMBERLY LUNA

I’m a first-generation Latina and Industrial Engineering student who grew up learning how to navigate complex systems early on, whether that meant helping my family understand financial paperwork or figuring out school and career paths without much guidance. Those experiences shaped the way I think. I’m drawn to understanding how things work, where inefficiencies exist, and how better decisions can create real impact for people and organizations.I’m especially interested in consulting and sales because they sit at the intersection of problem solving, people, and decision making. I enjoy team-based environments where ideas are challenged, refined, and turned into solutions, and I’m motivated by work that helps clients make smarter, more efficient choices. Through my academic work and community involvement, I’ve learned that the most meaningful outcomes come from listening closely, asking the right questions, and staying curious across industries. I’m excited by roles that offer exposure to different fields and allow me to combine analytical thinking with client-facing work.
