ABOUT KIMBERLY KNULL
Figuring out why people do what they do is my obsession. Helping people create the personal and professional life they want is my passion. Becoming a teacher and then a psychologist gave me the training to understand behaviour, and Brené Brown\'s training and research gave me the tools to help people make the changes they want to make. 10 years ago, there was a lack of accessible mental health care, so a small but mighty team of us began Momentum Walk-In Counselling Society. As Executive Director, I learned every inch of the business, and we grew to be the preferred mental health and training agency in Edmonton. After training with Brené Brown in 2019, I transitioned to facilitating Dare to Lead, teaching organizations and individuals the Four Skillsets of Courage that make good leaders great. When the pandemic hit, I returned to private practice, helping individuals with the issues that are troubling them. Therapy Explained Podcast houses the most interesting topics that my clients ask me about and offers a great resource in between therapy sessions. Join me for the next Dare to Lead Workshop!
