Serve as the primary HRBP for up to three functions, providing strategic HR support and guidance. Coach and build leadership capabilities, workforce planning, engagement, and talent management and development, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.Lead through KPIs, using established tools and creative comparisons of data to change data into actionable information, and then sustained actions.Create and manage organizational development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, career pathing and change management.Oversee the performance management processes aligned with organizational objectivesPortfolio & Program Management:Translate business challenges and strategic priorities into actionable tailored HR initiatives by developing and executing comprehensive strategies across the Enabling Functions and effectively prioritize which ones to pursue. Lead and execute comprehensive organizational design initiatives by leveraging deep expertise in both macro and micro-organizational frameworks, driving transformational change that aligns with business goals and enhances overall organizational effectiveness.Establish clear program plans, milestones and KPIs to monitor progress, adapt strategies as needed, and drive these initiatives to completion in partnership with key stakeholders to improve overall business performance.Foster a continuous improvement mindset by regularly evaluating HR processes and programs across the functions. Identify areas for enhancement, implement best practices, and utilize Danaher Business System tools/lean methodology to drive efficiency, consistency, and impactful results.Anticipate business needs and leverage change management principles to guide stakeholders through change, fostering resilience and adopting new ways of working. Lead businesses through growth, expansion, and workforce development initiatives.
